SP 6 blast- 20 30 mils of polycote 110. We have coated 250k+ pilings. Abrasive blast to achieve SSPC-SP10/NACE No.2. Apply one coat (20.0-30.0 mils) of Sherwin
Williams Poly Cote 110 (100% solids) fast cure polyurethane. Maintained a production output of
1400 piles per day. 250k+ pilings coated to date.
