Abrasive blast to achieve a ICRI CSP 5. Patch voids/uneven surfaces with Tnemec Series 218
Motorclad. Apply 3.0-4.0 mils of Tnemec N140 Pota-Pox as a prime coat. Apply 60.0-80.0 mils of
Tnemec Series 215 Epoxy and then imbedding 3⁄4 ounce fiberglass into wet surfacing epoxy.
Saturate with 12.0-16.0 mils of Tnemec Series 22 Epoxoline. Apply 2 coats (12.0-16.0 mils each) of
Tnemec Series 22 Epoxoline.
