Chris Nay

President

As President and Managing Partner of Revolution Industrial since November 2014, Chris has led the company by overseeing a diverse range of projects and services in industrial construction. With a focus on safety, Chris has cultivated a strong team of 200 employees and expanded services to include millwright, maintenance, coating, fabrication, and rigging. Prior to his current role, Chris served as President of IMF North America, where he managed sales and project operations, achieving remarkable results in North America and Canada.

Jarrod Goodman

Preconstruction Manager

As Revolution Industrial’s Preconstruction Manager since 2018, Jarrod is responsible for developing and managing estimations across various disciplines. With a focus on RI’s self-performed tasks such as civil, structural, piping, electrical, and coatings, Jarrod fosters strong relationships with customers and vendors, driving steady growth for the company. His commitment to continuous improvement ensures accurate estimations and profitability. Previously, as a Project Manager for RI, Jarrod successfully led multimillion-dollar projects across the Southwest US, demonstrating exceptional leadership and project management skills.

Tommy Barnes

Business Development Manager

As a resourceful leader with over two decades experience in challenging and fast-paced construction environments, Tommy is known in his field for fostering cooperative relationships and developing successful project teams.

In his role as RI Group’s Business Development Manger, Tommy is responsible for sourcing project opportunities, a responsibility that requires a deep understanding of market niches as well as a unique ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other strategic partners. Other responsibilities include tracking leads, submitting RFPs, running client meetings, and overseeing project search coordination. He is also tasked with representing RI Group at special association events and conferences.

Prior to joining RI Group, Tommy amassed a wealth of experience in the construction industry, assuming roles such as superintendent, operations manager, and construction inspector on projects throughout Arizona. Combined with his BS in Construction Management from ASU and comprehensive list of related certifications, Tommy’s vast experience has allowed him to successfully accomplish many impressive feats and make a long list of industry connections.

Mark Bravo

Manager, Fabrication Division

As RI Fabrication manager since 2020, Mark brings over a decade of fabrication expertise, ranging form overhead bridge cranes to larger structural fabrication. Mark has grown the shop from 15 employees to over 35 between two shifts. As well as manages and oversees multi-million dollar projects and continues to foster customer relationships and expand the shop capabilities by adding newer equipment and bringing together a team of elite fabricators to keep up with production and customer demands.

Dillon Corrington

Manager, Underground Division

In his role, Dillon is responsible for planning, resource allocation, safety, and budget management. Prior to joining Revolution Industrial in early 2023, Dillon was the Civil Department Manager at Larson Engineering Inc., where he led engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality results. Collaborating closely with clients, stakeholders, and municipal bodies, Dillon facilitated seamless design and construction processes from inception to completion. Dillon holds a BS in civil engineering from Northern Arizona University as well as several industry certifications.

Joseph Nasert

Manager, Electrical Division

Joseph is a highly capable electrical expert with over 20 years of experience, excelling in industrial, commercial, and residential projects. His passion for the trade drives him to deliver the highest quality of workmanship while ensuring strict adherence to NEC and OSHA compliance. As Electrical Division Manager at Revolution Industrial since 2020, Joseph showcases strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence. Previously, as Lead Estimator at Kandela Design, he consistently met client needs and exceeded expectations, establishing himself as a trusted industry professional.

Jon Snell

Program Manager

Jon Snell brings over 30 years of expertise in engineering, construction, and maintenance project management. With a robust background in industrial capital, new construction, maintenance turnarounds, and more, Jon consistently drives productivity and profitability. As a Program Manager at Revolution Industrial since 2021, he oversees diverse projects in mining, technology, and automotive sectors, managing multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion. Jon’s strengths lie in building efficient teams, fostering positive relationships, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Max Spilsbury

Project Manager

With over 18 years of construction project experience, Max Spilsbury is a seasoned professional known for his exemplary management skills and commitment to safety. He has successfully overseen projects totaling over $30M, showcasing expertise in heavy equipment operation, rigging, fabrication, and manpower management. Max has a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with zero safety incidents. His diverse skill set enables him to manage simultaneous projects involving structural rehabilitation, piping, demolition, and equipment installation with precision and efficiency.

Alberto Uribe Flores

Superintendent, Underground Utilities

In his role at Revolution Industrial, Alberto is responsible for managing the underground division’s field operations. Under his leadership, the division’s annual revenue increased and the team has grown from just eight to more than 35 employees. Alberto is dedicated to maintaining a culture of safety, quality, and customer service, with a focus on building long term relationships with customers.

Belen Angulo, Jr.

Safety Manager

As an OSHA outreach instructor and safety professional for nearly three decades, Belen’s ultimate goal has always been to help keep construction workers safe by providing comprehensive instruction and training on all safety procedures. With his extensive MSHA and DOT knowledge and experience, Belen has performed safety observations on all types of projects of every size and scope. Belen’s fluency in both English and Spanish allows him to effectively communicate the necessary safety instruction to every team he works with.
